Pink Jeep Tours – Tour Trekker Vehicle
When the Pink Adventure Tour Trekker finally emerged from the drafting board it met all of Shawn’s goals. The Trekker is powered by a Cummins 6.7-liter, high-pressure common rail (HPCR) engine and is considered the cleanest-burning heavy-duty diesel engine in North America. Each Trekker comes equipped with reclining leather captain seats, DVD player with 15-inch screen, and large tinted windows for unparalleled viewing. It also has cross-compartment A/C venting with foam insulated walls for a quiet ride and enhanced climate control. To increase stability and safety the Trekker is designed with a long wheel base, which provides a smoother ride both on and off-the-road. The Pink Adventure Tour Trekker is used for many of Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas Excursions to Grand Canyon, Death Valley, the Valley of Fire, and Hoover Dam.
All Trekkers come fully equipped with emergency kits and road safety equipment. Each vehicle has VHF radio, satellite, and cellular communication capabilities on board to help keep contact with our base of operations. The vehicle comfortably seats ten passengers and boasts adjustable rear air ride suspension for improved ride quality. The vehicle also features 4-wheel drive and a 2-inch suspension lift for greater ground clearance and passenger visibility.
Luxurious yet rugged, the Tour Trekker is the first of its kind, a high-end, all-terrain vehicle, designed and custom-built to be the ultimate tour vehicle.

Pink Jeep® Wrangler
The Jeep Wrangler rebuild process is time consuming and extensive. We remove all of the excess stock parts that we do not plan on using and prepare the vehicle for deep customization. We start the build by upgrading the axles and Long Arm suspension. We change the axle gearing from 3.71:1 to 4.56:1 to assist the vehicle’s ability to crawl over the rocks and tough terrain with ease. The front axle is bulked up by adding a ¼ inch thick sleeve inside the axle tubes and gussets, from the ball joint bracket to the axle tubes. To reduce the usual bumps associated with off-roading, we then add heavy duty springs along with heavy duty steering linkage. The stock Dana 44 rear axle is removed and replaced with a heavy duty Dana 60 axle.
Once the fabrication and suspension work is completed, the canopy framework and extended seating is installed. Then pink primer paint is applied to the vehicle so that if there are any rock chips, etc… the Jeep stays pink. High traffic areas like the floor, steps, and grab handles are painted with a colored bedliner material. The whole Pink Jeep Wrangler conversion process takes about 9 weeks from start to finish. The vehicle is now ready to go on a Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas excursion!
